Newly remodeled with all new furniture, this direct oceanfront 1-bedroom condo at Beach Cove Resort on the 9th floor features a private balcony, 2 queen beds, a sleeper sofa (sleeps up to 6), a newly updated walk-in shower, 2 HDTVs, a full-size fridge, microwave, 2-burner cooktop, high-speed free Wi-Fi, professional cleaning, a hairdryer, and free onsite parking.

Note: Starting January 1, 2026 Motorcycles is no longer allowed to park onsite.

This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room—please treat it like a home. Keycard info and pickup instructions will be provided for a smooth check-in.

Your stay includes bed linens, towels, washcloths, and starter supplies (trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper).
Beach chairs/umbrellas available for rent from lifeguards.
No daily maid service—cleaning or towel exchange can be arranged for a fee if needed.

Important Notice:
– There is an ongoing structural maintenance taking place at the resort, focusing on the balconies and exterior columns. Construction crews will be working on different sections of the building. Guests may experience some construction noise during the day. Workers may also be on exterior scaffolding, temporarily obstructing some views. For privacy, guests can close curtains when crews are nearby. Please expect possible noise, and pool shut off, and limited access to the balconies during operation hours for safety purposes.

Access to the unit is through a code lock, eliminating the need to check in at the front desk. You will receive this code on the day of your arrival, included in the welcome email sent to you.
