This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Do not smoke on the balcony or condo and only smoke in these areas and these areas only.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Kindly ensure you review the resort’s guidelines, the resort’s Accommodations Policy, and the guest handout pertaining to Service Animals (SAs) and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs).

Conveniently located and within walking distance of the Ocean Annies, enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and Ripley’s Aquarium. Many of the area’s popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Morning light drifts across the Atlantic as waves roll steadily below, filling the condo with the soft rhythm of the shoreline. From high above the beach, you can step onto the balcony, breathe in the salt air, and watch the coastline stretch into the distance. Indoors and out, the ocean remains your constant backdrop, shaping a calm, unhurried stay by the water.

The space
Set on the 10th floor, this entire condo offers direct ocean views from the living area and both bedrooms. Two private balconies extend the living space outdoors, creating quiet spots to take in the scenery throughout the day. Inside, the layout balances shared gathering areas with private sleeping spaces, making it comfortable for families or small groups.

Living areas
The living room opens to ocean views and provides seating for relaxing after a day at the beach or enjoying a quiet evening indoors. A TV and WiFi are available, and climate control keeps the space comfortable year-round. Large windows keep natural light and the movement of the water always in view.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, whether you’re planning simple breakfasts or relaxed dinners. A dining table nearby offers space to sit together, linger over meals, or plan the next day’s activities along the coast.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo includes two bedrooms and a total of four beds. Both bedrooms open to ocean views and balcony access, so the sound of the waves is part of the experience from morning to night. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for your stay.

Bathrooms and laundry
Two full bathrooms make shared stays easier, each featuring a bathtub and hot water. An in-unit washer and dryer add convenience, especially for longer visits or beach-filled days.

Resort amenities and outdoor spaces
Guests have access to shared resort facilities, including a pool, sauna, and elevators within the building. The property sits right on the beach, offering shared beachfront access just steps away. On-site parking is available, and self check-in with a smart lock allows for a smooth arrival.
