This condo is privately owned and is not a hotel room. Please treat it with the same level of care and respect as you would your own home. Although we endeavor to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no on-site 24/7 management.e aware that there is no on-site 24/7 management.

Please be aware that valet service is not available at the resort.

Note: – **Palmetto Tower** (North Tower with small slides) will be closed from **December 11th to December 14th**. Similarly, the entire indoor area for this tower will be closed for the first day or two of this timeframe.

Located on the 10th floor, the condo is thoughtfully arranged for families and groups who want to spend time together while still having room to spread out. You have sweeping ocean, beach, pool, and resort views, along with glimpses of the city skyline and surrounding landscape that shift beautifully from morning to night. Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy coffee with the breeze off the water or wind down in the evening as the lights along the coast begin to glow.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. There are three bedrooms, including a main bedroom with oceanfront views, along with additional sleeping space that allows everyone to settle in with ease. The setup includes one king bed, four queen beds, and a sofa bed, making it well suited for extended families or groups traveling together. Fresh bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided to make arrival simple.

Living space & comfort
Inside, the condo balances practicality with comfort. Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year-round, while HDTVs and WiFi make it easy to relax after time at the beach or pools. A washer and dryer are available in the unit, along with everyday essentials that support longer stays and group travel.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen gives you the freedom to cook when you want, whether that’s a quick breakfast before heading downstairs or a relaxed meal enjoyed together after a full day out. Having a kitchen on hand makes it easy to keep your schedule flexible during your stay.
