**Important Information for Your Stay**
– Please remember that this is a privately-owned condo, not a hotel. We kindly ask that you treat our home with the same care as you would your own.
– As this is not a hotel, daily maid service is not provided. If you would prefer daily or bi-weekly maid service or towel exchanges, these can be arranged for an additional fee.
– For your convenience, we supply linens, towels, washcloths, and a starter pack of trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.
– Please be aware that the indoor pool is currently closed until further notice. Unfortunately, access to the indoor bar and game room area will not be available during your stay.
– **Beach Amenities:** You may rent umbrellas and chairs from the lifeguards for a relaxing day at the beach.
– **Larger Groups:** We have a sister property nearby that may be able to accommodate your entire party. Please contact us for more details.
Note: You will not have access to the Indoor Bar/Game Room area.

For privacy, guests can close curtains when crews are nearby. Please expect possible noise, and pool shut off, and limited access to the balconies during operation hours for safety purposes.
