IMPORTANT NOTES:
– Notice – Spectrum Internet Installation (Sept–Oct 2025):
Building-wide internet upgrades will take place from September 8, 2025, for about 4–6 weeks. Expect daytime drilling (8 am–6 pm), construction noise, and workers will access the units.

– All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.
Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Spectrum wiring for internet installation will begin on September 8th, 2025.
Drilling will take approximately two hours per unit, one stack a day, performed by a 3-4-worker team.
Drilling of the entire building will be completed before wires are dropped through the units.
The hours of drilling will be 8:00 am-6:00 pm.
Drilling is expected to take approximately two to four weeks to complete in both Phases I & II.
Dropping the lines and connection will take approximately four to six weeks in both Phase I & II.
The total project timeline is four to six weeks.
Access to the units is a must to avoid delays.

It’s also just a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley’s Aquarium. In addition, many of the area’s popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.
