– Parking: The resort allows 2 cars per condo. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you’ll need to arrange parking elsewhere. Trailers are not permitted on the property.
– Construction: There is ongoing roof maintenance at the resort, so noise may be expected during certain hours.
– Outdoor pools are closed until further notice

A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley’s Aquarium, and IMAX Theatre. Many of the area’s popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.
