NOTE: Vehicles 6ft 6 inches on the ground only and per Resort security, MID SUV and TAHOE vehicle can park upstairs on the 3rd to 8th floor.

This notice is issued on behalf of Monterey Bay Suites Resort HOA Inc. As part of our ongoing commitment to preserve community satisfaction and uphold property values, the Board of Directors is tasked with enforcing the Association’s Rules and Regulations, Master Deed, and By-Laws.

Please be advised that the HOA mandates access for pest control personnel to conduct inspections. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Kindly accommodate their entry, as they will knock and inspect units on any given day to ensure proper spraying. Thank you for your cooperation

The resort boasts an oceanfront pool deck complete with an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, as well as indoor water amenities including a pool, lazy river, kiddie pools, and another Jacuzzi. Additionally, guests have access to a fitness room and convenient onsite parking without the need to cross the street. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave/range hood, and a dining room table for enjoying meals in the comfort of your condo. For added luxury, there’s a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi situated on the 10th floor! Plus, enjoy the added perk of complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay!

You’ll enjoy full access to all amenities, excluding the breakfast area.

Upon arrival, simply visit the front desk to collect one vehicle pass.

This condo offers keyless entry for your convenience. You’ll have complete access to onsite parking, outdoor pools, hot tubs, kiddie pools, and lazy rivers! It’s the perfect resort for an unforgettable vacation experience!

Note: You have access to all the amenities, except for the breakfast area.

Monterey Bay is situated in the upscale north end of Myrtle Beach, about two miles from the downtown hotel section. It is conveniently located near various restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, and other attractions. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, range, and microwave/range hood, along with a dining room table where you can enjoy your meals in the comfort of your condo. The bedroom features a king-sized bed. For additional sleeping space, there is a Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Parking at the resort is free of charge. Upon arrival, please go to the front desk to obtain your vehicle tag(s) and inform them of the condo you are staying in.

While the resort does provide towels for the pool area, they kindly ask guests not to bring them to the beach. Please ensure to bring your beach towels along with any beach accessories you may need.
