This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room—please treat it like a home. Keycard info and pickup instructions will be provided for a smooth check-in.

Your stay includes bed linens, towels, washcloths, and starter supplies (trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper).
Beach chairs/umbrellas available for rent from lifeguards.

No daily maid service—cleaning or towel exchange can be arranged for a fee if needed.

Heated indoor & outdoor pools (Towers A & B)
Indoor/outdoor hot tubs & lazy river
Ice & vending machines
Pools and spas open daily from 8 AM–11 PM

You will have complete access to anything on the above list.

Note: You will not have access to the Indoor Bar/Game Room area.

Important Notice:
– Spectrum is currently in the process of upgrading the cable service to the units. Access to units may be required during this process.

– There is an ongoing structural maintenance taking place at the resort, focusing on the balconies and exterior columns. Construction crews will be working on different sections of the building. Guests may experience some construction noise during the day. Workers may also be on exterior scaffolding, temporarily obstructing some views. For privacy, guests can close curtains when crews are nearby. Please expect possible noise, and pool shut off, and limited access to the balconies during operation hours for safety purposes.
