Additionally, informing guests that this is a personally owned condo and not a hotel room is a helpful reminder. Encouraging guests to treat it with the same respect and care as they would their own home sets clear expectations for responsible behavior during their stay.
While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no 24/7 on-site staff for Big Fish Rentals. However, the Front Desk is staffed 24/7 and available for assistance.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
– This unit won’t have access to the fitness center.
– All guests are required to pay a resort fee at the front desk upon check-in. The fee is $30 per day for the entire length of your stay and applies to all guests, regardless of whether you have a vehicle or not.
– Privately owned units/guests are not allowed to use luggage carts.
HOA’s new rules will be implemented prior to February 15, 2025.
– Verification will be handled by Big Fish Rentals and Sands Ocean Club Front Desk. Guests must submit the requested details to Big Fish Rentals and present a valid driver’s license matching the reservation at the Front Desk for check-in.
– Guests can receive Front Desk assistance for lockouts, medical emergencies, legal issues, noise complaints, beach towels, concierge services, and trash removal.
Please keep in mind that this condo is privately owned and should be treated with the same care and respect as your own home.
