This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home, please be careful to not damage any property during your stay. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach, swim in the pools! Lot of restaurants nearby. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley’s Aquarium, and IMAX Theatre. Many of the area’s popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

The space
This entire condo provides a comfortable place to settle in by the water, designed for unhurried beachfront living. Large windows invite in natural light, while a private balcony creates a natural extension of the living space outdoors. From here, you can take in layered views of the ocean, beach, pool, resort grounds, park, and city skyline, enjoying the ever-changing scenery from sunrise through nightfall.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to four guests in a single bedroom furnished with two queen beds. Fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage are provided so you can unpack and feel at ease from your first night. The layout works well for couples, friends, or small families sharing a beachfront stay.

Living area and comforts
Inside, the living area feels bright and open, with a TV for downtime and a dedicated workspace if you need to stay connected. Air conditioning and heating help maintain comfort year-round, and WiFi supports streaming or remote work. A private entrance and smart lock self check-in allow for flexible, straightforward arrivals and departures.
