Please treat this personally owned condo as you would your own home. The door is managed by a code lock, and you will not have to check in at the front desk. You will receive the code the day of your arrival in the welcome email. Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, as well as starter trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper. Umbrellas and chairs may be rented on the beach from the lifeguards. Since this is not part of the hotel, you will not receive daily maid service, but it can be arranged for an additional fee. Resort amenities include outdoor and indoor heated pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, an outdoor lazy river, and ice and vending machines. You will have full access to all of these amenities except the indoor bar and game room area.

Note: The Beach Cove pools are currently operating.

Important Notice:
– There is an ongoing structural maintenance taking place at the resort, focusing on the balconies and exterior columns. Construction crews will be working on different sections of the building. Guests may experience some construction noise during the day. Workers may also be on exterior scaffolding, temporarily obstructing some views. For privacy, guests can close curtains when crews are nearby. Please expect possible noise, and pool shut off, and limited access to the balconies during operation hours for safety purposes.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.

Beach umbrellas and chairs are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards. Please note that daily maid service is not included, but can be arranged for an additional fee. The resort has indoor and outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river. You will have full access to all of these amenities.
Note: You will not have access to the Indoor Bar/Game Room area.

Note:

Tower C parking area will be closed until further notice in order for C&G Construction to mobilize for the final phase of the roof/gable project.

These repairs will not affect access to the units or balconies.

A-Tower Spa Closure – In order to repair concrete around the spa, it will be closed for use commencing Thursday, January 2nd.

This entire oceanfront condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests and offers a simple, flexible layout suited to families or friends. With one bedroom, one bathroom, and thoughtfully arranged living space, the condo balances privacy and togetherness while keeping the focus on the view just beyond the glass.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom features two queen beds, creating an adaptable setup for shared stays. In the living area, a sofa bed provides additional sleeping space without disrupting the flow of the condo. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and dedicated clothing storage help make evenings comfortable after days spent along the coast or exploring nearby attractions.

Outdoor living and views
Step onto the private balcony to take in layered scenery that includes ocean, beach, pool, park, resort, and distant city skyline views. Cooler mornings are well suited to lingering with coffee while watching the shoreline come to life, and evenings bring the steady sound of waves and the soft glow of lights along the coast. Shared resort grounds extend the outdoor experience with space to stroll and enjoy the waterfront setting year-round.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen offers the freedom to prepare meals at your own pace, whether easing into the day or gathering for a relaxed dinner in. A dining table provides space to sit together, share conversation, and unwind between outings.

The condo includes air conditioning, heating, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace, making it easy to stay comfortable and connected throughout the year. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, and towels are provided. Self check-in with a smart lock keeps arrival simple, and free parking on the premises adds ease. An elevator in the building supports convenient access, and a laundromat nearby is helpful for longer stays.

Guests can enjoy shared resort amenities including pools, a hot tub, and a sauna, along with shared beach access just steps away. An outdoor playground adds to the family-friendly atmosphere. Some amenities may be seasonal or subject to temporary closures.
