NOTE: According to resort security, vehicles taller than 6 feet 6 inches may only park upstairs on the third through eighth floors, with MID SUVs and TAHOE vehicles allowed.

I am writing this letter on behalf of Monterey Bay Suites Resort HOA Inc. It is the ongoing obligation of the Board of Directors to enforce the Association’s Rules and Regulations, Master Deed, and By-Laws in order to maintain community enjoyment and high property values.

For pest control inspections, access must be granted by the HOA. We regret any inconvenience that this has caused you. In order to ensure adequate spraying, they will be knocking on doors and inspecting the units on a future date. Please grant them access. I appreciate your cooperation.

I give my guests plenty of privacy during their stay. However, I’m always available if they need help or have questions. I’m happy to provide recommendations for local attractions or restaurants.

The resort offers an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi on its oceanfront pool deck, as well as indoor water features such as a lazy river, kiddie pools, and another Jacuzzi. Additionally, there is a fitness center and adjacent parking available on-site (no need to cross the street). The condo kitchens are equipped with a dining room table, microwave/range hood, and a full-sized refrigerator for your convenience. Moreover, the tenth floor features a large pool and Jacuzzi. Enjoy the added convenience of free Wi-Fi to complete your experience!

When you arrive, please go to the front desk to pick up a single pass for your vehicle. This condo uses keyless entry. There is free parking on site, and you can enjoy the kiddie pools, hot tubs, outdoor pools, and lazy rivers. This resort truly provides an amazing setting for your vacation. Note: All the facilities are available to you, with the exception of the breakfast area.

Monterey Bay is located about two miles from the downtown hotel area and is part of Myrtle Beach’s premium northern region. It offers easy access to eateries, retail establishments, events, and other attractions. The fully furnished kitchen in the condo includes a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave, and range hood for enjoying meals. Additionally, the bedroom is equipped with two queen beds with Tempurpedic mattresses for extra sleeping space.

At the resort, parking is provided free of charge. Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk to pick up your condo’s tag(s) and receive the vehicle tag(s).

While towels are available for use at the pool area, the resort requests that visitors do not bring them to the beach. Please remember to pack any beach accessories you may have.

Additional amenities include heated pools, a hair dryer, and around-the-clock on-site security. Guests can also reach out for support via phone, email, or SMS. Paul described the resort as “Beautifully decorated with Amazing Views.”
