This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room—please treat it like a home. Keycard info and pickup instructions will be provided for a smooth check-in.

Beach chairs/umbrellas available for rent from lifeguards.

No daily maid service—cleaning or towel exchange can be arranged for a fee if needed.

You will have complete access to anything on the above list.
Note: You will not have access to the Indoor Bar/Game Room area.

Important Notice:
– There is an ongoing structural maintenance taking place at the resort, focusing on the balconies and exterior columns. Construction crews will be working on different sections of the building. Guests may experience some construction noise during the day. Workers may also be on exterior scaffolding, temporarily obstructing some views. For privacy, guests can close curtains when crews are nearby. Please expect possible noise, and pool shut off, and limited access to the balconies during operation hours for safety purposes.

Complete with views of the ocean, an LED TV, a full-sized refrigerator, and wood-like tile floors. Fantastic location with easy access to nearby entertainment venues like Alabama Theatre and House of Blues. The vistas and the tropical pool area are simply amazing. The Sky Wheel is around 15 minutes away, and Family Kingdom Amusement Park is about 25 minutes away.

This rental includes the entire area in addition to building amenities. Make yourself at home, please.
