Welcome to your oceanfront retreat at Seaside Resort, where coastal views and resort comforts set the tone for a relaxed stay by the water.

This condo is privately owned and not a hotel room, so we kindly request that you treat it as you would your own home.

Access to the condo is managed through a keycard lock, and you’ll receive your keycards before your arrival at the resort.

Your stay comes with bed linens, towels, and washcloths, as well as starter supplies of trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper for your convenience.

If desired, you can rent umbrellas and chairs directly from the lifeguards on the beach.

Please note that as this condo is not part of the hotel, daily maid service is not provided. However, if you would like daily or bi-weekly maid service or towel exchanges, these can be arranged for an additional fee.

As for resort amenities, you’ll have full access to the following:

NOTE: Exterior Building Repair

Beginning the first week of November, the building is undergoing exterior repairs including pressure washing, stucco work, waterproofing, and painting. Balcony access will be restricted during the project. Guests will not be able to use their balconies. Periodically men will be dropping down from swing stages and will be present on balconies. There will be periodic noise disturbances during working hours. The outdoor pool and hot tub will be closed during this phase of work.
All balconies are included, starting on the ocean and street sides, with an expected duration of approximately two months before transitioning to other areas, anticipated completion in about six months.

This rental includes the entire space along with access to all building amenities. Please, feel free to make yourself at home.

The space
This entire condo at Seaside Resort comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across three bedrooms, with additional sleeping space provided by a sofa bed. The primary bedroom features a king bed, ocean views, and an en-suite bath with a jetted tub. A second bedroom includes a king bed, while the third bedroom offers additional beds suited for kids or groups. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, creating relaxing personal spaces after a day by the water.

Living & dining
Inside, the condo balances comfort and practicality. The living area opens directly to the balcony, keeping ocean views front and center, while the kitchen allows you to cook and gather with ease. A dining table anchors shared meals, board games, or quiet mornings with coffee. Washer and dryer access in the unit makes longer stays easy to manage.

Views & outdoor spaces
Your private balcony overlooks the ocean and surrounding resort grounds, offering views that include the beach, pool area, and city skyline beyond. The property also includes shared outdoor spaces with seating and dining areas, along with a grassy open area on the grounds.

Resort amenities
Guests enjoy access to resort features including heated indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, and shared beachfront access just steps away. An elevator serves the building, and free parking is available on the premises as well as along the street. Resort access extends to common areas designed for relaxed days by the water, regardless of season.
