– Smoking is prohibited in this room and on the balcony. This condo is privately owned, not a hotel room, so please treat it with the same care as you would your own home. Although there is no constant on-site presence, we will strive to address any issues promptly.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Renovations is being done on some parts and sections of Compass Cove Resort. However, our unit is available for booking and remains in rentable condition.

Guests will not have access to the onsite restaurants (including the tiki bar and coffee shop), laundry facility, kids’ slide area, or fitness center.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Guests will not have access to the waterslides. All other amenities are accessible. except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.

PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed from March 1 to October 31.
Pets are only allowed for long-term renters (30+ days) from November to February.

The resort is conveniently located next to the Family Kingdom Amusement Park and just a short drive from the beach. Within a short drive, you can also reach Broadway at the Beach, Ripley’s Aquarium, and Market Common. Additionally, many well-known area eateries, shops, golf courses, and attractions are just a short drive away. And the best part is, there’s free wifi!

Aside from the building amenities, the entire neighborhood is also included in this rental. Please feel free to make yourself at home.
